Challenge Yourself Events
Parallel London - Sunday 4th September 2017
This race is fully inclusive for anyone of any ability and includes a variety of distances for anyone to get involved in. There is no cut-off time for the event and it takes place in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. Participants can enter 100m, 1km, 1km (Super Sensory), 5km, 10km. There are no equipment restrictions and participants can also get free buddy places for carer, friend or family member to assist. This will be a truly amazing event that you could get involved in alongside our staff and IPF fundraisers.
Cyclothon @ Brands Hatch - Thursday 7th September 2017
A cycling relay event where participants can race alongside rugby legends as part of a team of 8 or 4, or as a solo rider. Handcycles and road bikes are allowed at the event.

Ride London-Surrey 100 - Sunday 30th July 2017
Ride London HandCycle Grand Prix (Novice Race) – Friday 28th July 2017
This takes place at the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park, starting at the Velodrome and then around the Olympic Park for 30-40mins. It is not a competitive race, and there is another higher level elite race on the same day for anyone who is classified by British Athletics/Cycling.

Princes Trust is a youth charity that helps young people aged 13 to 30 get into jobs, education and training.
